A huge Thank You to Twizted Throttle Keith Hann & Twisted Obsession James Anderson for hosting the bike ride fundraiser for Feed the Feed the Need of Putnam County & Celebration of Life for Robert Scooter Long. The fundraiser was a huge success thanks to your leadership on this event. The event raised $900 for FTN. The ride was a Celebration of Life In honor of Scooter who was taken from this life too soon recently after a motorcycle accident. Kickstands went up in Keystone Heights at Clyde’s Cafe & made 4 stops, Harley Davison of Gainesville, Melrose Pub, Madness @ McGee Keystone & Lil Ceasers Bar in Interlachen. All the stops had food for riders & raffle prizes donated. They also collected food for FTN!! Lil Ceasers Bar hosted the end stop where raffles & winners were announced. Big shout out to all that came out to ride & help fight child hunger right here locally in Putnam County!!

Feed The Need is so grateful to be awarded a grant for food & equipment that will be a huge blessing and relief. Being able to purchase bulk food items is a huge benefit for Feed The Need. As well as being able to purchase equipment to help transport food more effectively. We truly appreciate No Kid Hungry and can't thank them enough for being a part of the Feed The Need Family.
