Medicine Policy
If a student needs to take a medicine during the school day, the medicine should be brought in by an adult to the Health
Office. The medicine must be in a labeled container. A parent/guardian permission form and a health care provider’s
written order must done. Parents/guardian can call their health care provider in advance to request a medication form be faxed to school (Franklin 608-204-0405; Randall 608-204-0487).

No medicine, prescription or nonprescription, should be placed in children’s lunch boxes, desks, or backpacks.

These guidelines are designed to protect all students and adhere to the Madison Metropolitan School District’s policy and state laws.

Box Tops for Education. Clip more to Earn More!
It’s time to get cutting and save those Box Tops!  Box Tops for Education  is a fun and easy way to help support our schools. All you have to do is clip Box Tops coupons from hundreds of family products from brands like Cheerios®, Betty Crocker®, Pillsbury®, Ziploc®, Kleenex®, JuicyJuice® and more! Send them in with your child, or drop them off in either school office. Our budget for the 2017–2018 school year is $900.
