The Franklin-Randall Directory is a wonderful tool in building our community. The Directory helps parents connect for playdates, birthday parties, class activities, and more. But it is only as strong as its content.
The F-R Directory is comprised of information released by MMSD based on permissions granted during online enrollment.
If you are unsure if you opted-in to the Franklin-Randall directory, fear not.
You can go back into your enrollment file and make updates. Just go to
mmsd.org/enroll
. Click on Disclosures and Permissions to find the opt-in options.
Please be sure to do so by the end of this month.
The School Use and Release of Student Names section asks for your general permission to release student directory data (name, age, class, contact information) in accordance to School Board policies. You may opt in, opt out, or specify which specific information you would be comfortable sharing.
The Lists of Students and Contact Information in a Class or School Address Book/Directory gives you an opportunity to opt-into the Franklin-Randall directory while still opting out of the general release above.
