Greetings!
After 5+ years of service with Frederick Arts Council, Shuan Butcher resigned his position as Executive Director effective April 17th 2012. The Board of Directors thanks Shuan for his contributions to the Council and wish him the very best in his future endeavors. The Board is taking this opportunity to restructure our organization and is looking forward to exciting challenges and changes. We will be looking to replace the Executive Director in the near future, but for the present the Board has stepped in to run the daily business of the Council. Please be assured our regular programming continues as usual. Our Mission remains the same and our dedication to our Frederick Art Community is stronger than ever. As always we welcome participation and volunteerism from our membership and all who love the arts in Frederick County. Come in and visit us, attend our functions, and get involved in YOUR community Arts organization. Sincerely, Sue Stanczyk FAC Board President
