DRAWING FOR KOH START POSITIONS, Next Week Jan 4th, 2011.

The 2011 Griffin King of the Hammers start order drawing party is coming to 4 Wheel Parts headquarters January 4th, 2011, from 6:00pm-8:00pm PST live on Pirate4x4.com. Join Jesse Combs and Camo as they host the drawing to determine starting positions for the toughest 4 wheel drive off-road race on the planet. Shannon Campbell, Greg Adler, Tony Peligrino, Eric Anderson, Kevin Sacalas, "Rancho Bob" Willis, Chris Ridgway and more of Ultra4 Racings finest drivers will be on hand, along with the unlimited 4 wheel drive vehicles they will use when they attempt to conquer KOH. This open to the public event will determine starting positions for the upcoming Griffin King of the Hammers as well as the 4Wheel Parts Last Chance Qualifier. Industry leaders from Dynomax Exhaust, Torchmate, GenRight, Raceline Wheels, Bestop, BFGoodrich and ATX wheels will be on hand to support Ultra4 Racing and enjoy the party. Other highlights will include representatives from Fast-Aid discussing how the off-road community has come together to support one another in 2010 and if you listen close, you might hear a few details about the 2011 KOH racecourse from the founders of King of the Hammers Dave Cole and Jeff Knoll of Hammerking Productions.

Welcome to the 2011Griffin King of the Hammers Downtown Hammertown. For our returning guests, this should look a lot like 2010, but with a few changes. Our vendor show has been increased for 2011, and the course travels one direction through Hammertown.It enters at the road crossing to the souteast and travel's out at the northwest. Travel on the racecourse is limited to race vehicles at all times and is exclusivley one direction. A grid of roads has been laid out to allow access without using the racecourse.
Pit parking North of ARB Ave is first come first served for race teams only.
Pit parking South of ARB Ave is limited to pit tent reservations for race teams only.
Camping East of Griffin Expressway is limited to staff and volunteers. Volunteers are the engine of the King of the Hammers and we could not host such an amazing event without them. Please respect our volunteer camping area, as this area has been established to allow them an area close to logistics meetings, and a camp experienece some what away from the party. Most volunteers work long hours during the week of KOH.
The entire downtown area is limited camping to race teams, volunteers, staff, vendors, sponsors and VIPs. Please see your onsite informational handout when you arrive at KOH for racecourse details. Camping on the racecourse is prohibited. Pit crews will be required to wear a wristband while in the pits.

KOH PitBull Tires UTV Race Test Run 2 hours 40 Minutes
UTV Underground joins the KOH Pitbull Tires UTV race for race coverage, and plans to schedule its national UTV Meet and Greet in Hammertown. Look for a large increase in UTV presence at KOH with UTV Underground.com joining PitBull Tires and Kawasaki to help bring a larger audience to the UTV race. The 3rd running of the KOH UTV race will be the best course to date. Registration is limited to the first 50 teams and we hope to announce the winners purse early next month. Starting positions for the UTV race will be based on when your entry is received so don't delay and get you entry form in asap. |

More booth space added to the KOH Trade show.
More outside vendor area has been added to the KOH Trade Show in response to the overwhelming interest. Contact Chris Bolger today for your vendor needs at KOH. The event vendor area is expected to sell out. In addition, BLM requires all vendors to obtain a permit. This permit must be processed before the start of the event or you will not be allowed to set up your booth for sales. BLM will be making inspections throughout the week, looking for non-permitted vendors at KOH. 2011 marks the first of our "vendor only" mixers. Take advantage of a private party for our vendors and marketing partners at the KOH event on Tuesday evening. After a day of setting up your booth, HK will host the mixer as an opportunity for vendors to network and talk about the best way to make sales at KOH. This event will not be open to the public. |

DynoMax performance exhuast to make big Off-Road racing announcment at the KOH Drawing party in Compton.
Dynomax Performance Exhaust, the official exhaust of Ultra4 Racing, is set to make a very large announcement at the KOH Drawing Party at 4Wheel Parts on Jan 4th. Dynomax plans to increase their off-road racing support in 2011, not only in the Ultra4 class but in additional venues of off-road racing as well. Tune into the live coverage if you are unable to attend the event. |
