Mahalo to everyone who came out and participated in the 5th annual Kailua Kalikimaka Lighted Boat Parade. A special thank you to Body Glove for a great place for everyone to have an oceanside seat to view the parade!

While site work continues on the new Niumalu Marketplace, Alahou Street leading into Lanihau Shopping Center has closed. A September reopening of the street is anticipated with new sidewalks and lighting.
Start 2019 off right and spend a picture perfect Sunday afternoon at Kokua Kailua with local vendors, artists and musicians in Historic Kailua Village. On Sunday, January 20, Alii Drive is the place to be from 1:00 to 6:00 pm for a festive, pedestrian-only outdoor marketplace that makes for a family friendly experience.
Hawaiian Sunset Saturday
Celebrate Kona's spectacular sunset with live Hawaiian music and beautiful hula performed by Halau Ka'eaikahelelani on Saturday, January 26 at Coconut Grove Marketplace on Alii Drive from 5:30 to 6:30 pm.
Bring a lawn chair or beach mat. No coolers please.
The free event is presented by the Kailua Village Business Improvement District with support from Hawaii Tourism Authority.
