       New Overtime Rule - Update
The U.S. Department of Labor's new overtime law, that was supposed to go into effect on December 1, 2016, was halted due to a ruling in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Texas. The law would have made 4.2 million exempt workers non-exempt. The Department disagrees with the ruling and will act accordingly. Click here for updates and more information.
