PRESIDENT'S NOTES
2015 has been an outstanding year for the Illinois CCIM Chapter. The Chapter continue to improve and grow. We have been very fortunate to have a lot of dedicated professionals and volunteers leading us and tirelessly working behind the scenes to enhance the CCIM experience for our members. Patrick Brady and the rest of the 2015 Board of Directors have done an outstanding job. As we roll into 2016, we want to continue taking steps forward.
As a chapter, our mission is to serve you. Your 2016 Board has been very busy for the past several months developing our Strategic Plan and putting together our
calendar of education, networking and programming events. Please take a look at the
Strategic Plan and Calendar when you get a chance.
Our goal is to provide a value proposition for all of our members including our sponsors, the leading and most important of which is to help increase business for our members and sponsors. As we continue to strive to improve your CCIM experience, in 2016 we will continue to offer the highest quality marketing and networking events, offering top-notch services, and providing unique educational opportunities to our membership.

BLACK DIAMOND HOLIDAY RECEPTION
Over 80 people attended the Chapter's Black Diamond Holiday Reception on November 23rd at the Chicago Athletic Association Hotel. The newly renovated hotel provided a great venue for the evening's activity. The outstanding networking event was enjoyed by all and was a great way to start the Holiday season.

Now is the time to start planning your year. The Illinois Chapter has an outstanding schedule of upcoming educational events, networking and program events.
The Chapter will be Kicking-Off the 2016 CCIM Season with an Expo planned for January 21, 2016 from 11:30 - 1:30 downtown. The first-time ever event will be showcasing our Sponsors, Committees, and our Events for 2016. This can't miss event will provide Networking, Dealmaking and a chance to hear and meet Walter S. Clements, CCIM, Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of the CCIM Institute. Plan now to attend this outstanding event.

JAMES CONRAD, CCIM RECEIVES THE PATRICIA TESLUK, CCIM SCHOLARSHIP
The Patricia Tesluk CCIM Scholarship honors Patricia Tesluk, CCIM for her contributions and dedication to both the Indiana and Illinois CCIM Chapters.
This Scholarship was presented to James Conroy, CCIM during the recent Black Diamond Holiday Reception. James is Managing Broker with McLennan Commercial Properties in Park Ridge. Congratulations Jim!!!

FOUR RECEIVE CCIM DESIGNATION IN AUSTIN

WILLIS TOWER CLIMB RAISES FUNDS FOR RIC
