A special thanks to all of our families for promptly completing the Intent To Return questionnaire. Most of our families will be returning this fall for the 2023-2024 school year. We are already working diligently behind the scenes to prepare the master schedule and enrollment needs for our school.
For those families that will not be returning or are unsure if they will be returning, we will contact you in early May. At this time, we will be soliciting your final decision, if we don’t already have it. And, for those families that will be leaving, we will work with you through the withdrawal process to secure a smooth transition to your child’s new school.
Meanwhile, if your plans change, please contact Sharon Hinnant, our Registrar at: Sharon.Hinnant@ImagineSchools.org.

|
Currently enrolled students with siblings that have applied for admissions and have requested to be on the priority sibling waiting list have done everything that is needed at this time to pursue enrollment.
Offers for Kindergarten will occur in the March/April timeframe. Offers for other grades typically occur once the school year has ended and withdrawals have been confirmed.
The Administrative Staff works all summer and enrollment offers are made whenever the school is notified of a student withdrawal. This may occur after the summer or after the 2023-2024 school year has started.
Please note: All student candidates seeking admissions must apply for admission. The Admissions Lottery Waiting List number is irrelevant for siblings; siblings are placed on the priority sibling waiting list based on when their currently enrolled sibling enrolled.
If you have questions, please contact: Sharon.Hinnant@ImagineSchools.org.

2022 - 2023 Attendance Update | |
Please note the following important information regarding attendance requirements:
- ALL absences are included in the 90% rule for the 2022 - 2023 school year; this includes absences due to COVID.
- Please note that the State of Texas does not differentiate between an "excused" or "unexcused" absence; not being in school counts as an absence, regardless of the reason for the absence.
- Imagine International Academy of North Texas differentiates between an "excused" and "unexcused" absence for the purposes of determining eligibility for make-up work.
-
At Imagine International Academy of North Texas, COVID absences are not included for individual course credit recovery purposes in the Upper School.
Questions related to attendance can be directed to the registrar: Sharon.Hinnant@iiant.org
