DeKalb School Board Election on May 19th, 2026

Clairmont Heights voters residing in unincorporated DeKalb have an important election coming up on May 19th for the DeKalb County School Board.

School Board District 2 has three candidates contesting for this position. School Board members advance the interests of all students across our county, but they also advocate for local needs, such as the planned reconstruction of Druid Hills High School. The School Board monitors and approves our education system's budget and provides direction for other long term planning such as the Student Assignment Project (SAP) that is currently underway for the DeKalb County School District.

CHCA encourages all neighbors to learn more about the District 2 candidates using their information and links provided below. We also hope to host the candidates at our Annual Meeting in May of this year, just before Election Day.
