IB Poll
What do you think of Madison's new ordinance intended to prevent the use of single-use plastic straws and stir sticks?
A. It's a small step in the right direction toward curbing our use of plastic. Paper straws are fine by me!
B. It's nanny state nonsense and won't change anything.
C. I wish it went even further with an outright prohibition of single-use plastics in restaurants around town.

Results from last week's poll question:
What do you make of USMCA, our new trade deal with Canada and Mexico?
Yawn. The economic benefits will be marginal, but Trump will claim they are "huge."
Fantastic! This is a big win for American manufacturers, farmers, and automakers.
