Under a deal between Trump and Congress, federal workers will get 12 weeks of paid parental leave if they have a baby or adopt a child. Will this set a standard for private businesses?
A. Yes, most private-sector employers will follow suit.
B. No, it's still far too expensive for most employers.
C.  Yes, but it should be extended to family caregivers, too.
