HIGHWAY BILLBOARD PERMITS

            The Digital Billboard Company, LLC is the owner of two Michigan Department of Transportation Interim Billboard Permits for the erection and operation of two billboards in the State of Michigan.  Both permits are being offered for sale.  These Interim Permits may be used for the construction of traditional static boards or the highly desirable and profitable digital boards.

            The Interim Permits allow the erection of 2 signs at a single location, either side-by-side facing one way, back-to-back, or back to back in a vee shape.  Each Permit allows the owner to construct boards of up to 1200 square feet, which is the largest size board allowed in the State of Michigan.

            The Permits are considered "interim" because they have never been issued for a precise location.  This means that the owner will not have to decommission a location before the issuance of location permits.

            The Interim Permits are listed as Nos. 537 and 538 and are current and in good standing.

This sale can be made by transfer of the Interim Permits pursuant to MDOT Transfer Form No. 2226, or the owner is willing to assign all of its right, title and interest in The Digital Billboard Company, LLC to the successful bidder.
