Greetings!
Summer tends to be the season that even us hard driving types take a break. Given that I am an avid tennis player, I love to watch tennis. I was recently inspired by Wimbledon this year which led me to write my blog, Joy or Excitement? and, to re-read Martha Beck's best seller, The Joy Diet. As the summer comes to an end I encourage you to explore what makes you joyful? What can you bring into the fall?
Thank you for continuing to follow me on Twitter (@GrandSlamCoach) and my Facebook business page as I will keep you informed on how to find your competitive edge and enjoy it in all aspects of your life!
Sincerely,
Kathryn Mayer

Then, they interviewed a business man who has a successful franchise in 34 US cities where he charges people a fee to ride in a fast car like a Ferrari for 10 minutes. He said people crave excitement! I find these facts intriguing and disturbing..... Is that what people are craving for in life - 10 minutes of excitement?
