As we prepare for this most joyous of seasons, please keep Steve DeWitte in your thoughts and prayers. With the love and support from his friends and family and excellent medical
care at University of Louisville Hospital, his condition is improving. He is off of the ventilator, going through surgeries to repair his injuries. His spirits are high and they are hoping to move him out of ICU to a Lexington facility soon. If you are interested in sending your well wishes and/or donations and getting updates on Steve's recovery, please go to

While everyone has come to expect some good natured

vs.
UK

good
idea to put those

3)
Milton-Madison Bridge project declared a regional winner in the America's Transportation Awar
ds competition
4)
Great

We at KYSITE wish you all a Happy Holiday Season! Take care and we will see you in 2016 and remember, "He knows if you've been
bad
or

. So be
good
for
goodness
sake."

Yarmuth, Beshear, Fisher Announce $16.9 Million Federal Grant for Dixie Highway
A huge swath of Dixie Highway, from Broadway to the Gene
Snyder Freeway, soon will be transformed into a modern, safer, more pedestrian-friendly corridor, thanks to a $16.9 million federal grant announced by U.S. Rep John Yarmuth, Gov. Steve Beshear and Mayor Greg Fisher.
"This federal investment will not only respond to congestion and safety concerns, it will revitalize the Dixie Highway corridor, by making it a national model of regional commercial and multi-modal integration." said Yarmuch. "At a time when federal dollars for infrastructure have been severely cut, for this project to receive full funding shows just how important these improvements are to our city, this region and our nation."
