SEPTEMBER 2016
Llano Chamber of Commerce
September 2016

I would like to personally thank everyone that came to the Already Gone Concert on August 20 th at the Lantex Theater.  It was a huge success with many visitors getting to see Llano for the first time and they fell in love with the town. Keep a close watch on the return of Already Gone, possibly in April, and the Fab Five, a Beatle's Tribute band on August 19 of next year.

The Llano Chamber of Commerce is busy this month with a plethora of activities, with the first on Labor Day evening:  A Farewell to The Dog Days of a Central Texas Summer with music, dancers, Kona Ice and kayaking on the Llano River from 6-9 pm on Monday, September 5.

On September 13 is our Annual Business Meeting at Oestreich's Rose from 5:30 - 7:30, see what the Chamber has been up to in 2016 and where we plan to be in 2017. September 20 is a special day for the Llano Recycling Center which will be celebrating its 20 th anniversary with a mixer and open house. We are encouraging the entire community to come out and support this much needed service to Llano County. Check the calendar below for more information on these events: Wild Game Dinner, the Catholic Church Annual Chicken Dinner and the Pontotoc VFD BBQ and Cake Sale.

Thank you to all of our new members and renewing members, we appreciate all your support.

- Briley.
