Come join us for a wonderful and exciting cruise focusing on the Mediterranean's Culinary Specialties! We will be sailing with Holland America Line - the only cruise line in the industry to have their own Culinary Arts Center. You will participate in a hands-on experience of preparing local recipes under the guidance of Liaison College's chef Paul Hoag. You'll also have the opportunity to attend classes and seminars by the ship's own chefs. Experience the local fare in the ports we visit and learn about the wines of the area. Join us February 22nd for Cruise Night 7:30-8:30 pm. Enjoy some appetizers, wine and beverages at the campus and get all of the details (RSVP required).
