Come watch two movies and enjoy pizza, animal crackers, popcorn and juice. Children are supervised by child care professionals. Bring a pillow and blanket. Ages 3-12. Child must be potty trained.

Blood Screening

University of Colorado Hospital provides comprehensive high-quality laboratory screening with rapid turnaround of results consists of 30 tests, including a lipid profile. Test results sent directly to your home. Supplemental tests can be requested for an additional cost. Participants must be at least 18 years old and 12 hours of fasting are recommended before blood is drawn. Fee is $40 per person and no reservation is required. |

Indoor Cycling
An exhilarating workout on a stationary bike that benefits all abilities. Beginners, please arrive 10 minutes early to allow adequate time for individual bike set up. Celebrate National Parks & Recreation Month with a run in the district parks. Each fun run will feature a different course, and will vary in distance, from four to nearly eight miles. They will begin at 8 am on July 7, 14, 21 and 28. The runs are open to all ages and abilities, and participants may enter one or all four.
Participants receive a tech shirt and a chance to enter raffle prize drawings at each run. The fee to participate in one, or all four runs is $30. Register online at :
