Please join us for a Candlelight Vigil hosted by the South Carolina Blue Ribbon Council on Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at 6:15 p.m. on the front steps of the Custom House, 200 East Bay Street, Charleston, SC. This event is to kick off the upcoming National Child Abuse Awareness Month and to honor the victims of child abuse.
