Debbie McFalone
Dear Friends, If you’re reading this blog…. Congratulations! You’ve taken time from your busy “To Do” list to sit for a moment and focus on reading something that’s important for you and for your leadership. It’s a small victory in your daily challenge to care for yourself, so good for you!

Speaking of time…. Let’s consider for a moment a contrast: Are you a leader who focuses on leading with a compass, or leading with a clock? What does that mean, and what does it look like for you?
