December 2019
We hope that you enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday surrounded by those that you love. We had a great time hosting residents' families for a Thanksgiving lunch in November.

December brings more opportunities for special time with your loved one at Madison Heights. On December 10 and 11 we will be hosting Cookies with Santa. Bring the family for the opportunity to enjoy time together and take photos with Santa. We are also hosting an ornament party. Gather the grandchildren and bring them on December 23 to create one of a kind ornaments while making special memories together.

We are looking forward to the joy and cheer through this season with Christmas carolers, driving around to see Christmas lights and lots of opportunities for fun! We hope that you are able to join us for some of these festive events.

"I think it's awesome that Madison Heights can offer this needed service for my mother. They do activities like pet and art therapy that I cannot do at home with her. It gives me great peace of mind knowing she is safe and happy while I get some much needed rest." - Pam Segers

Friendly Reminders
Please check to make sure the doors are closed securely when you leave a building.

We would appreciate your help in making sure that all important documents and bills are being sent to the responsible party, and not Madison Heights.

Our residents love visitors whether they are family, friends or volunteers. As wonderful as visitors are, sometimes they can be distracting. If your loved one gets easily distracted during meal times, we would kindly request that you save your visit for after meal times or wait patiently unseen until your loved one is finished eating. We want to make sure our residents are receiving as many nutrients as possible and we appreciate your cooperation.
Greenbrier National Art Society visited us again this month to create fall button trees.
