Innovators in Rare Earth Elements & Critical Minerals Refining

ReElement's international profile takes center stage in September

From South Korea, to Canada, to Africa at the UN, and back to Indiana, ReElement's expansion strengthens national security and economic growth by diversifying supply chains

(2025 / Edition 5)

FISHERS, Ind. (Sept. 29 2025) - September has been an exciting month for ReElement as we expanded our global reach with new and established partners from around the world.

Today we are
announcing a long-term commercial offtake partnership with POSCO International to advance U.S. rare earth refining capabilities. The agreement advances U.S.-South Korea collaboration and supports sustainable supply chains for defense, clean energy, and advanced technologies. We are establishing a joint feedstock taskforce for sourcing domestic and international rare earth feedstock both recycled and from ore bodies.

The partnership will combine ReElement's advanced chromatographic separation and purification platform with POSCO's extensive relationships throughout the automotive and industrial supply chain while leveraging POSCO's expertise in materials science and large-scale industrial deployment. This agreement reflects both companies' commitment to a sustainable and secure supply chain for high-purity rare earth elements critical to defense, clean energy, and high-growth markets such as electric vehicles, AI, and advanced semiconductors.

This builds on my first trip to South Korea two weeks ago, when we signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Kye-In Lee, President & CEO of POSCO International, to develop the first fully integrated rare earth and permanent magnet production complex in the United States.

We are holding discussions with several states as we consider a location for the complex.

ReElement deploys to New York City for financial, commercial & minerals diplomacy

Mark LaVerghetta, American Resources Corporation and ReElement Technologies Co-Founder and Director, and Kirk Taylor, Chief Financial Officer, attended the opening bell ceremony for Nasdaq Climate Week and the Nasdaq third annual "Building the Future Summit 2025" on Sept. 22 in New York. They engaged with many of the forward-thinking voices, including business leaders, addressing energy resilience, re-industrialization and sustainability.

Ben Kincaid, CEO of ReElement Technologies Africa, was in NYC for USAfrica Business Week 2025, held alongside the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly. He participated in two key events which aimed to advance the dialogue on the future of critical minerals. The first was the Africa Finance Corporation/U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (AFC/DFC) roundtable discussion during the UnStoppable Africa Summit, which convened investors, companies, banks and senior officials from the U.S and Africa. He also participated on a panel at the USAfrica Business Week summit, contributing insights on advancing responsible innovation and partnerships between the U.S. and Africa.

Pictured with Ben, who shared the critical minerals panel with Democratic Republic of the Congo Minister of Mines Louis Watum Kabamba (far right) at the USAfrica Business Week summit, are panel moderator Vivian Ojo from the African Development Bank, and Dr. Femi Salami, from MinePro and Energy.

Shane Tragethon, Vice President of International Strategy of ReElement Technologies, speaking at the Adamas Intelligence Executive Summit in Toronto on Sept. 24, offered his perspective on the growing demand for rare earth elements and ReElement's unique position to become a leader in the midstream processing space.

He emphasized how ReElement's differentiated value proposition, the recent
Department of Defense award, and partnerships with Vulcan Elements and POSCO all support national security and the broader economy. The audience included major participants from across the industry and supply chain from mine-to-OEM.

Expanding at Home in Indiana!

Rep. Victoria Spartz Visits ReElement's Newly Expanded Noblesville Facility

We were honored to host U.S. Representative Victoria Spartz (R-IN) for a tour of our Noblesville facility on Sept. 22, where we recently received nine new separation columns and other equipment for a massive scale up of production.

To accommodate the new equipment, we completed a 141 percent expansion of our Noblesville critical mineral refining facility,
announced on Sept. 26. This incremental expansion increases the facility's footprint to over 16,500 square feet and provides near-term refining capacity of more than 200 metric tons per year of ultra-pure separated defense elements and rare earth oxides (99.9% to 99.999% purity).

This allows ReElement to deliver critical defense minerals - including yttrium, germanium, gadolinium, gallium, terbium, samarium, dysprosium, and antimony - as well as traditional magnet elements such as neodymium and praseodymium. The investment strengthens near-term supply for defense and advanced technology markets while the company's Marion Supersite continues its build-out for additional large-scale production.

As our flagship facility, Noblesville produces both rare earth oxides and critical battery elements on a daily basis. All our facilities - Fishers, Noblesville and Marion - are located in Indiana's 5th Congressional District. Thank you, Rep. Spartz, for recognizing our initiative to scale up domestic mid-stream refining for a strong national defense and economy!
