While the national real estate market has been in the news a lot due to high sales volumes and increased prices, McCloud hasn't quite seen that kind of sales growth this summer that most anticipated. While the market is strong and prices have increased, we are finding that properties must be priced within the market range in order to gain interest. Homes priced within the current market range are selling quickly!

In August, we closed escrow on one home (303 Modoc Ave for $308,000) and one vacant lot (Beaumont/Maple for $47,000).

We also put these properties into contract in August: 545 Broadway Ave, 212 S. McCloud Ave, #18 and 221 Modoc Ave as the listing brokerage and brought a buyer to 2731 Squaw Valley Rd, #15.
