Dr. Nisha Jacobs Talks About Breast Health on WCCO Radio

 

Minnesota Oncology's Dr. Jacobs was interviewed by WCCO's Roshini Rajkumar for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Dr. Jacobs, who treats patients at our Coon Rapids Clinic, offers expertise on the importance of mammograms, genetic testing, myths about soy intake, and more.

"Becoming Well Within" Conference Brings Together Cancer Survivors for a Day of Inspiration and Healing

 

In an effort to ensure the continued health and wellness of cancer survivors, Minnesota Oncology, in partnership with holistic nonprofit wellness resource center Well Within, presented "Becoming Well Within", a one-day cancer survivorship conference on Saturday, Sept. 14 at Prom Center in Oakdale. More than 250 survivors of 29 different types of cancer and their caregivers were invited a day of inspiration, connections, laughter and learning. Introducing Dr. Amy McNally
 
In July, Minnesota Oncology welcomed Dr. Amy (Jonson) McNally to our St. Paul Cancer Center. Dr. McNally specializes in gynecologic oncology, robot-assisted surgery, and laparoscopic surgery. She comes to Minnesota Oncology from the University of Minnesota, Department of Gynecologic Oncology where she held a variety of academic administrative positions and academic appointments. Hieu Cabak, PA-C also recently joined Minnesota Oncology and assists Dr. McNally with patient care and surgery.

Minnesota Oncology is proud of the care and service that we provide for our patients, and now we have confirmation and external validation of our high quality of care in the form of the recently-published Minnesota HealthScores.

  

Out of over 1500 medical clinics in the state of Minnesota, 5 of Minnesota Oncology's clinics rate in the top 40 in satisfaction with Patient Experience.

 

In fact, Minnesota Oncology's Fridley Clinic was the highest rated clinic in the Twin Cities overall in Patient Experience!
