Covid 19 situation update
Monarch Automation is staying in close contact will all of our vendors regarding any supply chain disruptions due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We intend to inform you if we see any delays regarding your orders for automation components.
We have action plans in place for our employees working from home as needed and have setup processes to continue business as usual in order to fulfill your needs. Our sales team will be reaching out to you via emails or phone calls more often versus their normal in-plant visits for your safety and ours. We have capabilities to host Microsoft Teams or Webex meetings when needed. We can also try to accommodate other online type meeting sessions of your choosing. We appreciate your patience during this national emergency and are doing our best to continue conducting business as usual as to not disrupt your manufacturing capabilities.
