The NY Hispanic Cosmetology & Beauty Chamber of Commerce is a nonprofit organization created to foster growth and development by empowering beauty professionals, small business owners and students. We provide them with education, obtaining their License, resources, access to capital loans, counseling, networking and job opportunities to enhance their career and thrive in a successful business.

Our vision is to empower underprivileged Latin beauty professionals, help them accomplished their personal development and business skills and become successful business owners and professionals. Meet the Founder & President
Charito Cisneros
Charito Cisneros has been cosmetologist teacher for over 35 years as well as celebrities beauty consultant . Mrs. Cisneros has helped many students, teachers and beauty professionals obtain their licenses, open their businesses, and solve significant problems and issues affecting their small businesses. She created workshops for professionals in order to provide them with information regarding the most current trends and techniques and to reinforce information from earlier courses. She is committed to helping anyone who seeks her assistance, and has realized that she could help many more people by opening up the First New York Hispanic Cosmetology Chamber of Commerce 4 years ago. She was inspired to help Hispanic people open up their own beauty salons and work in a cosmetic corporation by providing them with the assistance, information and opportunities they need to succeed.
She has also worked in the media as TV Producer, and work with Telemundo ,Univision and has her own show on Bronx net. She been involved in many of the hispanic community organizations, associations and parades. As a result of her involvement in the community, she has received substantial recognition and won many awards such as numerous Proclamation of the New York City, Community Award ,American Red Cross in greater of NY Diversity Award , Beta Award and many more.
Mrs. Cisneros is a strong, successful Latina woman who continues to prosper and aspires to help others live the American dream. |
