The Games Room continues to stay busy with members showing off their skills at various games. Carlos, our Games Room coordinator runs carpetpool, foosball, bumperpool, and air hockey tournaments throughout the week.

Members have been creating straw rockets, yarn art, and fabric prints in the Art Room. Many of our artistic members also participate in sewing with Caitlin whenever they get the chance! On Fridays, members are given the opportunity to cook up delicious snacks in the Art Room.

Every afternoon, the Learning Center is full of members working on their homework. Members are working hard to earn their Power Hour parties. The next party will be February 16th.

Danny and Hugh are continuing to work with members involved in LEGO Robotics team. The Learning Center is now offering LEGO Robotics as an extra activity for 5th and 6th graders. Trivial Pursuit and Wheel of Fortune are among the popular activities that are also happening in the Learning Center.

The Computer Lab coordinator, Hugh Robbins, is keeping the club and our members at the forefront of the latest technology. Hugh continues to educate members on computer coding, system programming, robotics, application design and development stages, educational games online, and Adobe editing.

We are thrilled to announce that we received awards from The Boys & Girls Club of America for ranking the 2nd best club in the nation for Computer Science.

The Nest is always full of energetic teenagers playing pool, Ping-Pong, X-box, and dominos. The teenagers love to challenge their friends in different tournaments.

Teen nights are a blast! Come join the fun on Friday nights from 8:00-10:30pm and on Saturday nights from 7:00-10:00pm.
