Greetings,
It's June and it looks like most of us will be spending our summer close to home. Where that home is, whether someone is a homeowner or a renter, whether people are staying where they are or moving... these are trends we carefully track. These days, we are watching housing indicators particularly closely, and monitoring the impact of the coronavirus on the state's housing market and economy.
Stories about housing are frequently in the news. Two recent items include a story in the
Union Leader
about a
survey
of New Hampshire residents that indicated support for more affordable housing in their communities. Also,
WMUR interviewed
our executive director Dean Christon about the state's housing crisis.
