Some Ways Rescue Dogs Say Thank You With their paws - Your dog knows he or she has been rescued and they are want to rescue you from a sedentary lifestyle.. By protecting their home - when a dog goes from a shelter where they are on a cold cement floor and then has their own bed, they know they are loved and want to protect their home. By denying you privacy - they will follow you everywhere -- even the bathroom -- just to keep you company. By keeping your bed warm - your dog doesn't want you to get in a cold bed, so makes sure it is nice and warm for you, just to show you how grateful he/she is. *From Dogster Magazine
