Commissioner Spotlight: Cedric Collins
Cedric Collins has been a commissioner since 2009, serving as a designee for Ohio Department of Youth Services Director Harvey Reed. Since then, he has learned firsthand the joys, challenges and importance of fatherhood. He and his wife, Vanessa, are the proud parents of two daughters: 4-year-old Caydence and 1-year-old Carter. He was kind enough to sit down with us and share his thoughts about the experience of being a father.
