Asyril offers high performance flexible feeding systems for parts and components up to 40mm in size. Their innovative technology can handle bulk parts of any geometry and allows for extremely gentle part feeding.
 
Asyril's patented 3-axis vibration technology allows to handle even sensitive parts highly reliably. Parts are spread homogeneously on the feeder surface and can even be systematically oriented in many cases by using intelligent vibration patterns in combination with a structured plate.

The EX-F1 sensor's built-in amplifier saves space and simplifies installation.  Easily adjustable mounting bands allows for repositioning without cutting tying bands. Either Light-ON or Dark-ON can be selected by a switch.
