Our Lady Pleased with Successful All Souls' Day

Our Lady is pleased to share that over 600 people attended our annual All Souls’ Day Celebration on November 2nd. This year, we introduced blessings for families around the St. Francis Garden water fountain, which received positive feedback and will be encouraged at future events.

Fr. Jim Robertson and Fr. Ron Feather offered blessings as families arrived at the tent near the fountain. Fr. Ron also led a brief prayer service for various small groups seeking blessings. Meanwhile, Deacon David Ochoa walked through the gardens, blessing families who were gathered by their loved ones’ gravesites.

Attendees were given wildflower packets for spreading the seeds on the grounds of the cemetery to help fill the cemetery with beautiful color in the SPRING. The traditional Soul Cakes were also served.

The photos below capture different moments from the event which took place from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
