Student Uses Skills and Technology to Make Face Masks
Dave Majetich, a
Community College of Allegheny County Engineering Technology student, is using his skills and 3D printer to make face shields for medical personnel. Since mid-March, Mr. Majetich has been spending his weekends
printing headbands for the face shields used by front line workers.

Retraining for the Unemployed is Available at Community College

Delaware County Community College, recently spoke to
FOX29 about the college's job training programs.
During the interview, she discussed students retraining due to recent layoffs, upskilling as they seek promotions and attending prior to transfer to a four-year college or university.
