Community College Launches Late May ‘Contact Tracing’ Course
The
Community College of Allegheny County is now offering a noncredit course that trains individuals to do contact tracing, an essential way to track and slow the spread of COVID-19. Developed with local and regional health authorities,
the course will provide up to 45 hours of training delivered online through Zoom.

New Scholarship Created for Second Year Nursing Students
Students from
Butler County Community College (BC3)
can apply for $200,000 in scholarships before July 1, the college recently announced. Approximately 70 percent of BC3 students graduate debt-free as a result of BC3’s affordable tuition, financial aid and more than 100 available scholarships.

Congratulations to the Community College of Beaver County (CCBC) Nursing Program on receiving re-accreditation from the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing. The CCBC program achieved a 96 percent pass rate on the NCLEX Exam in 2019.
