Rep. Pashinski Hosts Policy Hearing on College Affordability
Rep. Eddie Pashinski recently hosted a House Democratic Policy Committee hearing at Luzerne County Community College to discuss college affordability. The committee heard from Endy Santos, a student from Luzerne County Community College and Thomas Leary, the president of Luzerne County Community College, among others.
Two Community College Students Named Apprentice of the Year
Community College of Allegheny County students Jacob Graleski and Andrew Knez have been recognized as Apprentice of the Year award winners by the German American Chamber of Commerce, Pittsburgh Chapter. The Apprentice of the Year Award is given to an apprentice who demonstrates extraordinary skills and abilities inside and outside of the classroom.

Montgomery County Sheriff Sean Kilkenny was honored during the Villanova vs. Providence basketball game at the Wells Fargo Center last weekend for his military and civic service and his dedication to education
