It's the Season to Be Hurricane Prepared!

Recently, our clients in our Supported Living and Residential Homes received pertinent  hurricane-preparedness information  at a special session at nearby scenic John Prince Park.  Personalized plans are developed for the clients with the assistance of their coaches. The curriculum included but not limited to: the importance of having on hand emergency  supplies,
non-perishable foods, extra clothing, two-week supply of medications (if applicable) etc.  The clients learned how to  pack a "TO GO BAG", food and water safety and much more.   As a part of our  Supported Living programming, these informative sessions are held annually to assure that a customized plan is in place for our clients.  To learn more about hurricane preparedness, please visit Palm Beach County Hurricane Preparedness website  Click here
