COVID VACCINE

We have received our first shipment of COVID vaccine; however, this is currently only for patients with private insurance. We have received both Moderna (ages 6 months to 4 years) and Pfizer vaccines (ages 5-11 and 12+).

We are still waiting on the guidelines and shipments from the state for Medicaid vaccines. We will send out additional information once it is received.

You can always inquire at any upcoming office visit; however, we have set up the following clinic times specifically for the COVID vaccine:

These clinic times are not available using MyChart. You must call the office to schedule into one of these clinics.

Dosing for this year's vaccine:

  • Moderna - 6 months to 4 years
  • It is a two-dose series if they are younger than 2 years and have not received a COVID vaccine dose in the past.
  • If over 2 years, it is one dose regardless of past vaccination status.
  • Pfizer - 5 to 11 and 12+
  • Single dose

Additional clinics will be added and notifications will be sent.
