We have a scheduled evening flu clinic on Wednesday (11/13/24) that still has some open slots. There are also openings in the daytime clinic on today. You can call to schedule or use the following instructions to schedule into an open slot.

On-Line Scheduling

Click the red link above.
Select an appointment date and time.
Use one of the following options:
Log in and schedule through MyChart (if your child has an an active account).
Any child who has not been seen in the office since our EPIC conversion will need to be scheduled as a guest.
Parents will schedule as a guest.
Consent forms for the vaccine can be found on our website. These will need to be completed, printed, and brought to your visit.
If you are a parent, we will not bill your insurance. Please select "no insurance" for this section during online scheduling as there is no need to enter this information. The charge for adult vaccines is $35.00.
Your visit to our office will be even faster if you E-check in. You will receive an email inviting you to do this before your appointment.

It is recommended that everyone ages 6 months and older receive an annual flu vaccine. Children under 9 years who have never received a flu vaccine should receive 2 doses at least 1 month apart.

As a reminder, for those families that have MyChart activated for your children, you can:

Schedule appointments, including:
Same-Day Acute Visits
If you do not see a time that works, you can call the office to check for other available openings not shown.
Annual Physical Exams
Be sure the date you select is at least 365 days from the previous exam.
Scheduled Clinics

Submit form requests as an attachment via MyChart
Be sure that all patient and parent portions are completed prior to submitting.
Blank forms cannot be accepted for processing and will be returned.

Submit patient-related questions to the office
This option replaced texting questions to our office phone number, which is no longer available.

Retrieve vaccine information or other forms requested
Sport forms and General Health Appraisals will be completed during Annual Exams and available following the completed office visit. Once in MyChart they can be accessed by parents any time.

For those families who do not have MyChart established yet, you will be given the opportunity at your next office visit to set this up and start taking advantage of the extremely useful tools.
