ANNUAL PHYSICAL EXAMS

If your child will be due for their annual physical exam in the coming months, please call our office to schedule into an opening that works with your family's schedule.

You can also use the MyChart App/Portal to look for available openings and schedule as well.

As a reminder, your child must be up to date on their annual exam for any forms, prescriptions, or referrals to be processed.

VACCINE UPDATE 

Your family's health and safety are our top priority. Our practice will continue to follow the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommended immunization schedule to ensure the best protection for you and your family. However, the decision to immunize is ultimately up to you.

The AAP schedule is based on extensive research and expert guidance to provide timely and effective protection against preventable diseases. By adhering to these guidelines, we help keep our community healthy and reduce the risk of serious illness.

If you have any questions about vaccines or your immunization status, we encourage you to schedule an appointment with your provider. We are happy to review your records and answer your questions. This appointment can be done via telehealth or in person.
