PAUL'S GUITAR WORKSHOP

In Loving Memory

It is with great sadness the recent passing of a founding member of RevLover and band brother John, he will be greatly missed by all that knew him.  John had been with us from the beginning in the mid 1980's and moved with the whole band to Los Angeles in 1987.  He toured the country and made records with the band for a long time and left the band more towards the end of it's existence than it's beginnings.  John can be heard in our recordings and had a unique style and touch.  John and I worked together as a guitar team and knew much about our mutual strengths and weaknesses.  We had high levels of trust in our work and would cover each other's back when needed.  John and I also had a close personal relationship as we did with all members of the band and often shared victories and defeats together.  John did other things outside our work like show me how to operate a motorcycle safely, how to do many mechanical things and just about anything else you could think of for that matter.  John will be greatly missed and I am grateful to have had the privilage of being his bandmate and friend/band brother.  R.I.P. John
