Levy funding proposal model

On November 5, 2024, Prior Lake-Savage Area School district residents will be asked to vote on an operating levy referendum proposal aimed at bolstering the district’s financial stability, maintaining what we have and allow us to invest in academics and safety.

The district has released a draft model of an operating levy investment schedule, offering an example of how funds could be allocated if the levy passes. This draft is not final, as the district will establish a Referendum Oversight Committee to monitor the implementation of levy measures and help finalize the plan based on district needs.

E-STEM Festival

Students at La ola del lago at Grainwood and Redtail Ridge had a fantastic time during their fall E-STEM Day earlier this month. Naturalists from the Three Rivers Park District joined them to share their expertise and lead engaging activities throughout the day, all centered around E-STEM learning. Students explored a variety of topics including Water Pond Studies, Reptiles & Amphibians, Weather, Seed Dispersal, Bird Naturalists and even an Earth Worm Study.

Every teacher, teacher's aid, and para I've interacted with has been positive, helpful, and excellent at working with each student.
