Fall Update:
New Office, New Resources, New Staff and More!

We Moved On Up to the East Side

After 22 years in our Lower Downtown Denver location, we moved offices to 1201 East Colfax, on the east side of downtown Denver. We're strategically located above both an Irish pub and a coffee shop, providing great reasons to stop by to see us morning, noon and night!  Visit PUMAblog to read our reflections on departing Lower Downtown and watching its evolution to become the epicenter of downtown Denver's dynamic resurgence. For our new contact information, including direct phone numbers, visit the Contact page of our website.

Global Trends Updates

We've recently published two updates to our award-winning Global Trends Report, both of which can be obtained from our website.
  • "Social Equity Benefits the Downtown Economy" makes the case that affordable housing, mobility choices, educational opportunities and diverse retail are part of an economic development strategy to sustain growth in downtowns.
  • "The Rebound Wave: How Millennials are Driving Growth in Smaller Cities" looks at how smaller downtowns can attract young skilled employees moving in search of more affordable lifestyles.
