Lucas #6000 UniversalTM Roof Coating is a solvent-based Terpolymer
coating intended for the repair and restoration of asphalt,
modified bitumen, metal, Kynar�, concrete, TPO, PVC, Elvaloy�/PVC,
Hypalon� (CSPE), PIB and EPDM roofs. Extremely fast drying. Skins
over in minutes and cures completely in a few hours. Won't wash off
or pick up debris. Lucas #6000 is available in Energy Star white
and custom colors. When Installed in white, #6000 will reduce the
roof's surface temperature which reduces stress from daily heat
cycles. It will also reduce the heat gain in the building's
interior, any associated air-conditioning costs and increase the
efficiency of roof
mounted air-conditioning condensers.

Lucas 5500
Lucas Seam Sealer is a premium synthetic rubber based sealant and
caulk. It is intended for flashing, sealing and repairing metal
roofs and trailers, built-up roofing, modified bitumen, TPO and
many other single ply systems. Lucas Seam Sealer is ideal for
caulking termination bars, metal flashings and fasteners. #5500 is
strong, elastic, and adheres to most common roofing materials. It
is manufactured in three grades. #5500G is a fluid 'gun grade'
intended for pump and wand applica- tion. #5500M is a semi
self-leveling brushable mastic viscosity. #5500SL is a
self-leveling grade designed to seal metal roof seams and fasteners
without tooling.

Lucas #6500 UniversalTM Flashing Cement is a solvent-based
Terpolymer sealant intended for the repair of asphalt, modified
bitumen, metal, Kynar�, concrete, TPO, PVC, Elvaloy�/PVC, Hypalon�
(CSPE), PIB and EPDM roofs. Extremely strong and elastic. High
elongation and tensile strength insure performance under conditions
that will cause asphalt-based cements to fail. Unique surface
active additives allow application to wet or underwater surfaces.
#6500 is the ideal maintenance and repair product for all roofs in
all weather.

Lucas
#6600 UniversalTM Sealant is a high- performance, multipurpose
thermoplastic elastomer based sealant. Excellent adhesion to most
surfaces including: metal, Kynar�, asphalt, shingles, modified
bitumen, EPDM, TPO, Elvaloy/PVC, Hypalon, vinyl, fiber cement,
wood, concrete, tile, masonry, glass. #6600 is available in clear,
black, white and various colors (see reverse). It is also available
in three grades: Standard caulking grade, Self-Leveling Grade
(#6600SL) and Winter Grade (#6600W). Use to seal gutters, flashings
and penetrations on all types of roofs. Ideal for residential
roofing applica- tions where appearance is important.
