Watering is limited to two days per week (Monday and Friday)
and no watering of irrigation of lawn, landscape or other vegetated area with potable water between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
2015 Fix A Leak Week
Rowland Water District participated in the 2015 Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) WaterSense Fix A Leak Week March 16-19th. Over 400 leak detection giveaways were given out to customers during the week to help educate customers on fixing leaks. Annually, over 1 trillion gallons are wasted in house hold leaks, which is equivalent to water use in 11 million plus homes. RWD was also featured in the nation wide EPA WaterSense Press Relase, how exciting!

Bill Pay Options
Rowland Water District offers many ways to pay your bill.
- Water bill payments may be made at Rowland Water District's office located at 3021 Fullerton Road, Rowland Heights, CA 91748. Payments can be made by cash, check, money order and Visa, Discover or MasterCard.
For payments after hours or on weekends and holidays, a drop-box for check and money order payments is located in the parking lot.
- Automatic Bill Payment - Rowland Water District customers may have their bills paid by direct debit from their checking account. Call customer service at (562) 697-1726 to request an Autopay enrollment form or download the form from our website. Return completed form to the District office by either faxing to (562) 697-6149 or e-mail the form to [email protected].
