Rowland Water District Honored for Dedication
and Service
Ken Deck, General Manager of the Rowland Water District, accepted the prestigious Walter O. Weight Award last December. Given annually by the Southern California Water Utilities Association (SCWUA), recipients are nominated by the group's membership. It is an important, peer-nominated award given to those who have made significant contributions to SCWUA throughout their tenure with the organization.
