SFCLT Receives $631,500 Grant for Affordable Housing in South Florida

We're honored to announce we've been awarded a $631,500 grant through the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta’s Affordable Housing Program. This transformative funding will support the acquisition and rehabilitation of 22 multifamily units in Dania Beach and Hallandale Beach, ensuring these homes remain affordable for low- and moderate-income families in our community. The AHP grant was secured in partnership with BankUnited, a member bank of FHLBank Atlanta.
