NICTD West Lake Corridor Project
The Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District's (NICTD) existing South Shore Line provides a vital transportation link that connects Northwest Indiana to Chicago and Cook County, Illinois.

The NICTD West Lake Draft Environmental Impact Statement is available for review and comment and public hearings are scheduled for later this month.

NIPSCO LED Street Light Program
NIPSCO's LED Street Light Program is designed to help communities convert existing street lights to LED technology. Replacing traditional street lights with LED lighting can reduce energy and maintenance costs, while improving the light quality at street level.

This program is available to local governmental entities in NIPSCO's electric service area. NIPSCO-owned street lights will be changed at no additional cost to participating communities.
