The Adventure Club Kick Off was full of outdoor fun!

On Saturday, June 4, hundreds of adventurous athletes joined us at Northerly Island for the Chicago Park District's Adventure Club Kick Off Event! Seeing athletes hop into kayaks, zoom around corners on bikes, reel in fish, and take aim on the archery range gave new meaning to the phrase "brave in the attempt."

Thank you to everyone who helped make the event possible. Thanks to Project Mobility for bringing their adaptive bikes, CIMPAR for taking care of the medical portion of the day, Infiniteach, and Double Good popcorn for their donation of popcorn for visitors.
Family Opportunities from the Chicago Park District

Summer is here and so are new family opportunities from the Chicago Park District! This season, athletes and their families can try mini golf, driving range, archery, kayaking, and bowling. They also have fun chances to explore some of Chicago's museums and nature with City Explorers. Download the flier and sign up today!
