Help our Treasurer Sleep at Night:

Make Up your Pledge Today!

Like most churches, Summer is always a slow time for giving at St. Andrew's. But your contributions and gifts allow St. Andrew's to keep the lights on, the ACs running, and enable us to worship and serve in our own little corner of God's Kingdom.

Help our Treasurer sleep more soundly by catching up on your pledge or giving today! As always, you can log in to Realm at any time to check your giving or to make a gift!

Last Chance: A PICTURE DIRECTORY?!?!?!

Many of y'all are already up and running using our online directory, Realm. But as we gear back up for fall, we're pushing to get everyone to check their contact information to make sure it is current as we start back in Fall.

NOT ONLY THAT, but Realm has recently updated their program to allow us to print a PICTURE DIRECTORY! AND we got A NEW PRINTER this week on which to print these picture directories!!!!!!

So, be sure to update your info AND YOUR PICTURE in Realm ASAP. If you need help getting a current picture, Lynda Dupes has offered to take an individual or family picture this Sunday to be used on Realm. If you do not have a picture, you will be subject to whatever picture of you Mtr. Lisa can find on the internet. You have been warned.

As we are waiting on the new printer, you have until September 27th to updated your information and picture. Print directories should be available October 4th.

How do I update my privacy settings?

Many find the online directory in Realm invaluable for locating contact information, putting faces with names, and matching children and spouses to families. We have been updating everyone's privacy setting to opt in to the online directory.

For various reasons, however, some like to limit who can see contact and personal information. You can revise your privacy settings so this information is limited:

  1. Sign in to your church's Realm site.
  2. Click your name in the upper-right corner, and select Privacy.
  3. Select your name or the name of a family member.
  4. Select the privacy option you're comfortable with, or click Custom Privacy and select options for each field.
  5. Click Save.

Update your info today!

Host a Coffee Hour!

As a way of welcoming visitors and fostering fellowship, we host weekly coffee hours after church every Sunday.

Would you sign up to host a coffee hour? Supplies for coffee are in Emmanuel Hall. Provide a tray of cookies or other quick and easy goodie. This is not a full reception, just an opportunity for a small snack and chat with a friend. Please let Kathleen know if you are interested in hosting!

Blessing of the Animals

St. Andrew's will have our Annual Blessing of the Animals Sunday, October 4th, at 10:30 a.m. to celebrate the Feast of St. Francis. Please bring your poop bags and your furry, feathered, finny, or scaly friends on a leash or in a carrier for a blessing.

For pets who may not do well inside for an hour and a half service, we will bless any pictures (print or digital) of your furry friends or any stuffed animals or tokens of your animals you might be willing to bring.

All are welcome, so invite a friend!

Fall Parish Work Day!

We'll be having an outdoor Parish Work Day from 8:30 a.m. to Noon Saturday, October 24th, in order to spruce up the church for All Saints' Day, Advent, and Christmas!

Bring garden gloves and yard tools (especially clippers) and join us - even if just for an hour or two. There are a variety of tasks for all skill sets and ages, so make it a family affair! We'll also provide donuts and coffee to kick off the work day. Teenagers can get volunteer hours!

Come have some fun and help beautify our campus!
