Annual Meeting

We are required to have an Annual Meeting within a few weeks of the Diocesan Convention. With the Convention now set in September, we've had to rework how we hold this meeting that typically takes place in early February and is a review of the past year.

As such, this will just be the business side of the meeting. We will have a report on Convention and then elect folks to offices (via drawing them out of a hat). In January, we will have an annual review of the past year including ministries, finances, and a report from the Foundation.

The agenda for the meeting:

  1. Welcome by Mother Lisa
  2. Report on Diocesan Convention by Pam Stefansen and Meg Hawley
  3. Election of 2 Convention Delegates
  4. Brief Word from our Treasurer John Milton
  5. Election of 2 Vestry Members (Terms to begin January 2025)
  6. Election of 1 Foundation Member

If you have any questions about this meeting, please reach out to Mother Lisa via email.

Upcoming

Blessing of the Animals!

St. Andrew's will have our Annual Blessing of the Animals on Sunday, October 6th, at 10:30 a.m. to celebrate the Feast of St. Francis. Please bring your poop bags and your furry, feathered, finny, or scaly friends on a leash or in a carrier for a blessing.

For pets who may not do well inside for an hour and a half service, we will bless any pictures (print or digital) of your furry friends or any stuffed animals or tokens of your animals you might be willing to bring.

All are welcome, so invite a friend!

Fall Parish Work Day!

We'll be having an outdoor Parish Work Day from 8:30 a.m. to Noon Saturday, October 12th, in order to spruce up the church for All Saints' Day, Advent, and Christmas!

Bring garden gloves and yard tools (especially clippers) and join us - even if just for an hour or two. There are a variety of tasks for all skill sets and ages, so make it a family affair! We'll also provide donuts and coffee to kick off the work day. Come have some fun and help beautify our campus.

Teenagers can get volunteer hours! Let us know you're coming and invite a friend!
